Burfitt tools Australia has an extensive history of making customised steel projects and products. From just a thought or aspiration we can bring that idea to full production.
Our factory has more than 35 years experience in the steel business, developing prototypes from scratch to their final production, complete with packaging suitable for the market place.
Our products are made from high quality Japanese stainless steel or materials most suitable for the consumer.
Please contact us if you require your widget made to measure, we can usually cater for your every need. Small orders start from 500 units
and go up to mass production.
Turn around time from idea to delivery can be between 10 to 12 weeks depending on the size of the product.
We require at least one or more of the following to begin:
1. a sample of the product to be manufactured
2. a drawing of the product with detailed measurements
3. current market value of the product
4. quantity required (min 500 units)
In most cases we can start production on acceptance of our quote.
Payment terms are 50% on order and balance on departure from the factory.
Some specialised custom items we have produced include:
meccano square nuts, full cutlery sets, wire hangers for the craft industry, letter openers, wine stoppers and many other products.
